1. Return Window
You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 7 working days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and Unused: The safety seal must be intact.

In Original Packaging: The bottle/tube must be in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of Purchase: You must have the order number or receipt.
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards regulated in the personal care industry, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at care@kore.in with your Order Number and reason for return.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take 2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
