Refund Policy
At KORE, we stand behind the quality and science of our formulations. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed for our haircare products, including our shampoos and treatments.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the criteria outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

The item must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.

Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of personal care products (such as our Anti-Dandruff or Anti-Hair Fall Shampoos), we strictly cannot offer refunds on bottles that have been opened or used, unless the product is deemed defective.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the bottle.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

If rejected: If the item arrives used, opened, or damaged (not due to our error), we will not be able to process a refund.
3. Processing Time
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after we have processed it. The timing depends entirely on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your original method of payment.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a "change of mind" return, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you are returning a product because it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will refund the full amount including any shipping costs paid.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or "Bundles" marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded.
7. Cancellations
We work quickly to process orders. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at care@kore.in within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment center, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure upon delivery.
